This is a 2013-P Jefferson nickel Major Trail Die with Wavy Steps. Due to an error as the die was receiving it's design elements, there are numerous raised trails on the reverse of the coins it struck. The number and strength of the trails classify it as a Major Trail Die, and the trails in the steps give this one the additional Wavy Steps classification.
