This is a 2013-P Jefferson nickel Major Trail Die with Wavy Steps. It's a Major Trail Die because of the strength and number of raised trails. The trails running through the steps give it the Wavy Steps classification. It's both a Variety and Error. This anomaly was on one of the striking dies for the year.
