2015 P Kennedy Half Dollar

What the heck is this? I wish coins could tell us their stories. Was somebody robbed & the thief took the 2015 US Mint Set and then broke open the coins and spent them on a 40 ouncer? (Wait...do they still sell 40oz beer bottles?). I just scratch my head. Anyway...this showed up in my latest $500 Kennedy Half Dollar search.

It's pretty sharp but it does have a circular mark around "In God" on obverse....indicative of a coin counting machine....still pretty good deal to drop only 85 cents and get this Kennedy.
