2017-P Lincoln Cent Anti-Trail Die

Offered here for the collector is a 2017-P Lincoln cent error coin.

The Anti-Trail Die differs from the Trail Die as it has incuse trails rather than raised. It is so, because the error occurred one step earlier in the die making process than that of the Trail Die. It's difficult to photograph, but on this coin there are incuse trails over every letter in E Pluribus Unum that extend toward the top of the shield.
