An impressive bi-metal error coin from India. The coin consists of a nickel-brass ring surrounding a center of copper-nickel. Originally 27mm diameter with a reeded edge, it is spread to approximately 33mm at the widest. Only a very small reeded section is left while the rest is smooth from being out of the collar. Good sport counting the strikes, I keep coming up with different numbers. If this were a US coin it would go for thousands. Fully dated 2020 on the last, way off-center strike reverse. The obverse shows a three headed lion and the way off-center strike has India spelled out very clearly.
