• Shipping is by USPS only.
• Shipping rates are not negotiable. It costs money to ship packages. And we are aware of what it costs to ship out the items we are selling. There is no need to message us with special shipping requests or how to ship an item.
• Buyers are aware of how the combined shipping method works. Therefore, in order to receive combined shipping, you must use the shipping cart and combine all purchases onto one invoice. • All items are shipped with a tracking number. We will not track your package for the buyer once we have dropped off the package at the post office. We are not responsible for the delivery day or time your package will arrive. And we do not get any more information than what the buyer receives.
• IF a transaction shows a tracking number uploaded, then that is the day your package was dropped off at the post office. We do not hold packages once postage has been applied.
• The post office is not a reliable entity for doing its job correctly. They do not upload tracking information as they are required most of the time. So, we cannot go to the post office and ask where your package is. Again, if the tracking number shows on the transaction on USACoinBook, then we have dropped off your package to the post office.
• We do not need to be reminded what it costs or how to ship a package. We have been doing online sales for over 20 years, and know how it works.
