Up for sale is an 8 pound box of pre-1982 copper pennies - that's right, no 1982's EVER! What you see in the picture is just a mere indication of what is in the box, which is a USPS small flat rate package.
You have to pay the $28 only if you cannot pick the item up. If you live close enough to pay on pickup, the coins will be knocked down to $18 - that is $28 minus the bulk of the current USPS small flat rate box shipping fees! Don't pay more when you can buy the same thing for less.
