This is a lot of sixteen 1963 P-Mint Washington quarters that should have been Brilliant Uncirculated. However, they were "end of the roll" coins and as a result one side of them is heavily tarnished while the other side is usually a nice shiny BU. As a result, the coins are being priced to sell for their silver content. This lot is priced below the silver melt value of the coins at the time that the listing was made. Because of the nature of this lot and the fact that you are being clearly told what the coins look like, there is a NO RETURN policy on these coins.
