Description: This coin is thinner and lighter than regulation cent. Diameter is approximately 1 mm larger than it should be.

Off-color, grainy appearance. Acid treated.

For whatever it's worth, I bought it on eBay. Seller listed it as a 1944-S. Bought it by mistake because I thought I was bidding on a 1944-S nickel. $1.54, including shipping.

*** Got an opinion that this is just an acid-treated normal cent. Concur.
