2"x2" x 15" Laser Cut Wooden (NOT CARDBOARD) Laminate Double Row Storage Box (You assemble ITS EASY) that stores ~ 300 2x2 cardboard flips.  Will combine shipping.  Let us know how many and we will give you an estimate prior to purchase. 

The four photos at the end are NOT included in this sell. They are shown ONLY to demonstrate how a unit might look with espresso stain and a coat of satin wipe on polyurethane.

Box assembly instructions

Assembly is straight forward.  The laser cut box includes a bottom and a top.  Five sections for the top and 6 sections for the bottom.  There will be smoke stains from the laser cut on one side of each section.  To remove this stain, lightly sand with 400-600 sandpaper being careful not to sand through the wood laminates or as an option you can stain the components to a desired color.  Once sanding is complete or stain has dried assembly can begin.  Segregate components into top and bottom.  Note the Middle One identified in a photo is the middle wall for the bottom sections as is identified in the photos (It has male tabs that fit into the end sections on the bottom assembly.  Carefully assembly the top first starting with the walls being careful with alignment of tabs to the holes to prevent breaking the tabs.  Once the sides all together, gently press the top in place again paying close attention to tab alignment. Once that is complete, proceed with assembly of the bottom section again taking care with tab alignment to prevent breakage. Note the only differences between the top and the bottom are the height of each, the overall size which allows the top to fit over the bottom section and the middle wall that separates the two sections of  flip storage. .Once both the top and bottom sections are together, you can clamp or squeeze the components together and glue using thin liquid super glue. (use of thin versus gel allow the glue to absorb into the joint permanently joining the sections.  One glue has dried you are ready to use your storage box.
