Item Description
Content: The first page is a map entitled Magna Graecia, Sicilia, Etc. There are 154 pages of coin descriptions catalogued by location/origin, followed by a Table of Monograms, Signs, and Letters. There is a General Index and a Personal Names and Epithets Index, followed by 22 plates with black-and-white photos.
Physical Description and Condition: This book is a hardcover 1967 reprint by Pegasus Publishing Co. of a 1901 volume by G.F. Hill. It has a pale green cloth cover with stamped gold lettering. The owner signed his name in blue ink on the first page. The pages are clean and unmarked, the binding is secure, and the book is in very good condition. There is slight yellowing of the edges of the pages and the cover has scattered dust marks. The book is 10&5/16 inches by 7&9/16 inches by 7/8 inches.
