Item Description
Elongated Cent souvenir from the 1904 Louisiana Purchase Exposition at St. Louis, MO. M&D-9, certified NGC Unc Details for what they perceived as a cleaning. I disagree otherwise I would not sent it in. I think the coin used was basically Uncirculated, and the color is what I would expect of such a substrate. Mox Nix, the total NGC Pop is 4 pieces, one each 63, 64 and 66 BN, one 64RB. For surfaces, this appears to be the equal of the MS-64BN example I also have listed.
