This elongated coin was stamped at the Bass Pro Shops in Foxborough, MA. According to PennyCollector.com, this was one of four designs the coin machine stamped. They report that as of 6/10/2023, the machine is still in service, saying "It has all four designs available and is pressing the designs well, both centered and clear."

Pictured on the obverse is the logo of the New England Patriots, as well as the words "FOXBOROUGH, MA" and "BASS PRO SHOPS". The reverse lacks any design, and no discernible markings from the original penny are visible.
