Franklin 1960 Proof Half Dollar

I am in the process of offering some of the Proof US coins that were part of my 20th Century US Type set. This Franklin half dollar was part of my father's collection and displayed in a Capital holder for the past 25 years. As I inspect this coin there is a small carbon spot on the obverse at the 3 O'clock position and another spot on the reverse rim near the 3 O'clock position. Otherwise the fields are clear and of course, it is 90% silver. Since I'm convinced grading is a matter of opinion, my policy is that I will accept the return of any coin that is not acceptable for any reason. I only ask that the coin be returned in the unopened Saflip in which it is delivered and that the buyer pay for the return shipping.
