• Shipping days are Monday thru Friday only. We do not ship any item the day before a Federally recognized holiday or the day of the holiday.
• Shipping will be done within 24-36 hours after we have received your cleared payment.
• We cannot ship to any address outside the United States, and we cannot drop ship any items.
• All packages are processed through PayPal, so please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we will not altered or edit any address at the buyers request.
• Shipping costs include the shipping costs, any handling fees, shipping supplies, etc.
• Once we have taken your package to the post office, we have no control of the handling time or delivery time of the post office. Any questions concerning the delivery of your package should ne directed to your local post office. We only have the information the tracking number provides.
• Please allow ample time for your package to arrive. The post office is not the fastest service when delivering mail these days.

Combined Shipping Terms:

• We will combine shipping on all items we have for sale, provided the following procedures are followed.

1. All multiple items purchased by the same buyer MUST be paid for on ONE invoice on the same day. By using the shopping cart, you can pay for all items at once.
2. Any separate transactions paid for individually, will be considered a separate transaction, and will not qualify for combined shipping.
3. Combined shipping rates are not negotiable, and will automatically be calculated at checkout.
4. We cannot make any refunds or make any adjustments on any invoice or transaction for shipping charges.

Sales Tax Terms:

• According to Federal and State laws, royalcoinshouston is required to collect any State sales taxes on bullion and numismatic coin items on behalf of the state where the item is being shipped, if that state collects sales tax.
• We will adjust the invoice to include the sales tax before the buyer is required to pay for their items.

Grading:

• We do not give our opinion on the grade or condition of any of the raw coins we have for sale. The buyer is encouraged to view the photos that are provided, and make his/her own decision as to the grade or condition of a coin before making a purchase.
• Third party grading service grades are as they are shown. And we make no guarantee as to the correctness of the grade given on the holder.

• Photos shown in the listing are of the actual coins you will receive if purchased.
• If we have several items of the same date, type, etc, the photos that is shown will be a sample of the coin/item you will receive.
• Please Note: Some coins, especially copper or dark coins my be enhanced in order to show the coins details. The coin may be lighter or darker than the photos shown when received in hand.
