HK-333, SH 14-2 BZ, Government Building Dollar from the 1905 Lewis & Clark Exposition in Portland, OR. First type prior to the "1905" date added to the die. All struck in Bronze, most Antiqued or Gold-plated. This example appears to be one of the "Antiqued" type, which was a chemical process of a "darkener" applied to each piece, then wiped off by hand creating individual differences in color & tone. In this case this item is slightly lighter in color than I would expect so I suspect that it might (?) have been dipped to lighten it. This is merely a supposition on my part based upon others I have seen and what I would expect to see; NO signs of hairlines or other forms of cleaning, so it may well be just a very light application. Otherwise strictly Uncirculated. If purchased I would operate on the assumption that this would likely come back "Details" if submitted for grading, as even if it was original, NGC is not likely to know either way, based upon what I have seen. 0329-04

This seller has enabled "Manual Invoice Approval" on their account. This means that after you complete checkout, you will NOT be automatically redirected to PayPal (if applicable) and will not be able to complete payment immediately. Instead, the seller will review the invoice and may, or may not, add or subtract additional charges, as explained in their policies and/or listing description. When the invoice is updated and approved by the seller, you will receive an automated email notification later, and you will be able to pay the updated invoice as you would normally.
All checks must clear prior to payment of purchase, which may take up to 12 Business days. IF YOU CHOOSE TO PURCHASE MULTIPLE ITEMS, PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVOICE PRIOR TO PAYMENT. I combine all shipping charges to the minimum necessary to get purchases to the customer. Please be aware that the USPS has recently increased postage for package shipments and Insurance - $7-$9 for shipping may look like a lot, but it barely covers my actual cost. If you have any questions, just ask.
