Very low 508,000 minted of this 1916-S first year of issue for the 90% silver Walking Liberty Half Dollar. This key date with a very small mintage is probably one of the hardest date in the Walker series to obtain. This particular coin was cleaned by someone in the past and it is offered at a discount price. You could easily pay hundreds of dollars for this date in modest condition. Although cleaned, It is a great coin to add to your collection and place it in that empty spot of your coin album. I have been on this website for a year or so and have purchased a good number of coins for my collection.
