Lot of 9 AU/BU Silver Washington Quarters Some Cleaned: 1942-1963-D See Description
You are bidding on a lot of 9 AU to BU 90% Silver Washington Quarters. Some have been cleaned, and one is a proof. Breakdown below:
1942 - AU, original surfaces. Lower end AU but problem free
1945 - Choice BU - Original, not cleaned with good luster. Nice coin
1950 - Very Choice BU, close to gem. Original with great luster and hints of golden tone. Vewry nice coin
1951 (#1) - Uncirculated detail with a few hairlines from a light cleaning. Fully unc. Retains good eye appeal.
1951 (#2) - Uncirculated detail but Harshly cleaned and heavily hairlined
1952 Choice to Very Choice BU - Very attractive coin with great luster just a smidge weaker than the 1950. Not a lot of contact marks, easily in the choice BU grade range
1955-D AU Slider near the top of the AU grade range. Coin does have some milk spotting.
1957 - Proof strike as evidenced by the mirrors on both sides, type B reverse and squared off rims. Cloudy, probably somewhat impaired though it doesnt appear it was harshly cleaned, just a little mishandled. Fully lustrous and Unc.
1963-D - Choice to very Choice BU - Nice coin with very few contact marks and great original mint luster
