Lot of Eight (8) Better Date Pre-1921 New Orleans Mint Morgan Silver Dollars. 

All coins in this lot are dated 1887-O through 1897-O and all are New Orleans issues.

Most are average circulated in the F-XF or F-XF details grade range. 

Several are toned, and some have been cleaned or lightly cleaned. 

The full list of the dates and my opinion of condition are below:

1887-O VF Detail - Red Stain over Original Surfaces with no hairlines from cleaning, but there is red dye or paint or some stain on the obverse as can be seen in the photos. I have not tried using Acetone or any other means to try and remove it safely 

1890-O #1 - XF Detail, Cleaned

1890-O #2 - Nice Original XF Lightly toned - Nice coin

1890-O #3 - Nice silver XF. Rounded eagle breast with some feather detail

1890-O #4 - Deeply Toned XF - Hints of various color when tilted slowly and examined in the light

1896-O #1 - Toned VG/F - Circulated Cameo type toning. No hair lines, decent coin.

1896-O #2 - Nice original VF. Very choice surfaces. Problem free and appealing!

1897-O - Nice original skinned Choice F/VF - Very appealing for the finicky collector who prefers (or demands) originality
