Monaco SBM 10 Francs Casino Chip, or at least something close to that. SBM appears to be Société des Bains de Mer the mostly government owned company that runs the Monte Carlo Casino as well as other entertainment venues in Monaco, and more recently has expanded internationally. Founded in 1863 it was at one point controlled by Aristotle Onassis until Prince Ranier wrestled control of the company from him.
