Netherlands Antilles Curacao 1941 P 25 Cents silver coin VF/XF ONLY 1.1 MILLION MADE

For sale is one 1941 P Netherlands Curacao 25 cents silver coin. 

This coin is listed separately from the regular Netherlands silver coinage of the same time period, as these were minted for usage on the island of Curacao, a part of the former Netherlands territories in the East Indies, minted by the Philadelphia mint (hence the P mint-mark). As a result, they have a different KM# and a smaller mintage. These territories helped refine oil for the Allies during WW2 after the Netherlands fell to Germany and is definitely an interesting piece of history.
