Gem is the most over used adjective in today's coin and collector online marketplace. It is on autopilot on so many sellers listings. If every coin was "gem", gem would be average, or worse actually. Gem is supposed to be 1 in 20 or 1 in 500. Rare. Conditionally at the top end.
Webster's Dictionary: Gem (as an adjective): Gem means something is of very high quality or nearly perfect.
Uncirculated or BU means no trace of wear. There are 10+ shades of gray within the Uncirculated grading scale and a lot of half grades, pluses, et. al. The seventy grade is perfect. That's not what you're going to find in any original bank wrapped roll. So if that's what you're looking for, you need to buy a certified coin as that's apples and oranges.
We do not label an original roll, especially one that hasn't been opened a "Gem Roll". Anyone who does is lying, or hyping the roll to get more bids. Bank wrapped BU rolls are usually not "GEM" rolls that so many portray them to be. How can anyone declare an unopened roll to be a "Gem Roll" if the roll hasn't been opened?
Winning bid will receive the exact roll(s) shown in the photos
There are NO RETURNS on rolls for obvious reasons.
