Another tough date, this 1903-S Barber Quarter would plug holes in many collections. The coin grades solidly in the VF range, retains a little bit of mint luster in protected areas, and doesn't show any big hits.
Mentioned for accuracy are some short reflective lines on the high points, in random directions, indicative of sliding the coin across a surface, and certainly not of cleaning. These lines sound more bothersome than they are, and the appearance of the coin probably lies halfway between what you see in my photos, and what you imagine from my description.
