Thank you for taking a look at an extremely rare, Series of 1929 Charter 3897 $10 First National Bank of Black River Falls, Wisconsin national bank note.
I received this from a family estate about 20 years ago and have been watching for any sales of this bank note. I've witnessed just one sale of a Type 1 Series of 1929 $10 national bank note, as this is, and one sale of a $5 version during that time.
This is a well-circulated bank note but has survived very well, with edges and corners in-tact and no major blemishes on the obverse or reverse. There are some small wear spots, aging stains and, of course, creasing.
