1878-S Morgan Silver Dollar ~ Brilliant Uncirculated MS60+ Beautiful 1st Yr. San Francisco Minted Nicely Toned on Obverse & Reverse BUT does appear to have been slightly cleaned/brushed on left Obverse (Not sure why anyone would have tried to brush, clean, slightly polish any coin as all it does is hurt the overall value of any coin) Morgan Dollar ~ looked under magnifier/10x loupe to check for VAM varieties and this example shows the following attributes:
1. Doubled 7 & 8 in date
2. Doubled L + R + B in “Pluribis”
3. Doubled “Liberty”
4. Die Chip or “Spike” Eye
5. Broken 4th Star from right of date
6. Doubling/Tripling++ Right Hand Stars
7. BROKEN “R” in “Trust” - shows T I U S T
8. Doubled Arrows & Wreath Doubling
9. Polishing Die Lines in Bow of Ribbon
10. Doubled Motto
11. Slight Upper Ear Indentation - Toned Blue Tough to see
Not quite sure exactly which VAM Variety this coin is but it does have many attributes that would make this one a highly sought after Morgan!
