Item Description
This is a personal accumulation of mailings from the US Mint soliciting sales of Commemorative coins, Bullion issues, and a few Mint/Proof sets. They range from 1981 to 2018.
The Commemorative offerings start with the 1982 "Modern Era" Washington coin and proceed to 2018. I don't guarantee that every issue is represented but most are. There are multiples, of sorts, of some issues because there were preproduction prices and regular prices, and especially with the various Olympic programs, there were multiple options available to order. The envelopes usually contain a letter and/ or brochure describing the issue, an order form, and a return envelope. Though the outer envelopes may be a little tattered and musty, the contents look to be well preserved. Some offers, like the 1996 Olympics, are quite elaborate catalogs featuring related material besides the coins.
The offers to purchase Mint/Proof sets and some bullion issues may lack order forms and reply envelopes if I ordered them that year.
There are also a few "Yearly Mint Catalogs", but no where near a complete set.
There are 41 mailings from the 1980's, 33 from the 1990's, and 28 from the 21st century. A total of 102. If I come across more, before or after this sale, they will be included at no extra charge.
This accumulation would be a valuable tool for an historical numismatist or an opportunity to be able to display your coins with this documentation.
