The United States Mint began providing Young Collectors Edition Coin Sets in 1993. One of the first coin sets included the 1993 Bill of Rights commemorative silver half dollar.
The six inches by six inches by 1/4 inch package consists of an outer sleeve constructed of card stock printed in color with a folded inner color card stock package that protects the coin and tells a story.
The title of the package states, "This Could Open A Whole New World For You."
