1970 S Small Date vs Large Date Comparison - Lincoln Memorial Cent Penny

The San Francisco mint produced two different varieties of the 1970 S Lincoln Memorial Cent (Penny). There was a small date and a large date variety. One of the big differences is that the small date included a 7 that was higher up and level with the zero "0" while the large date had a seven that sat lower within the date. The comparison between the two coins is depicted in the example image above. Click the image to enlarge.
