This coin was produced in both years of 1975 through 1976 so there were no 1975 coins.
This particular version is the special 40% silver Mint Edition of the Bicentennial Quarter. Proof silver coins with a mirror-like surface were produced as depicted in the image above. In addition: A business strike silver uncirculated edition of this coin was also produced (does not have the mirror-like surface).
