I've been collecting coins for over 50 years and began selling on eBay about 10 months ago. My daughter and I had talked of selling online. Beginning growing pains were expected as we're their consequences. Our sales quickly picked up and began feeling comfortable with higher than average customer communication, satisfaction and repeat business. We soon achieved ebay's top rated seller status. Soon after our account/store was hacked. Our deliveries and orders rerouted. But ever the machine they both weren't able to find a way to quickly figure out how to bring it to an end. So on May 25th, we ceased shipping and receiving orders. I believe in our short sales career there we've gathered vital experience. We still believe through communication, product quality and a satisfied buyer we can benefit all involved.
Returns are accepted if the item shipped is Incorrect. In that instance I will pay the return postage.
On orders over $50 I will pay for shipping, insurance and tracking. We can figure out based on the item the cost on less than $50.
We will go above and beyond to see that every sale is to your satisfaction. That being said if for instance you see an ad for a 1909vdb for $9 and you thought a fine grade meant red bu...pass.
