About Me:

My current hobby interests center around the 2009 P doubled die EC and FY series, in which I have contributed to the Best of the 2009 Wexler Lists as the submitter of EC WDDR-006, -008, -013, -014, -022, -039, -040, and the FY WDDR-006B, and the -071.  I have many more finds which can be found on John's site.  I am an avid Large Cent enthusiast who was an EAC member from 1988-2008.  I have a vast knowledge of Early Date and Middle Date varieties and die states of the known Sheldon, and Newcomb varieties.  I also have studied, and collected Early Americana including Colonial coinage, Condor Tokens, and US Tokens.  It was a natural transition for me to be interested in the 2009 doubled die finds,  research stage progressions, and enjoy the excitement of this once in a lifetime hunt!!!!  I am a retired Navy Lieutenant Commander, married to my Bride of 25 years, Kat, and we reside in Kentucky!!  I enjoy chatting about coins, and will answer any emails about any coin questions that you may have!!  God Bless!!!
