Tipsico Coin is owned and operated by Alex A. Pancheco, the third owner of the firm that bears the Tipsico name. Our firm has a heritage back to 1937, and as such can claim to be one of the longest continually operating coin firms in the business. We are long time dealer members of PCGS, NGC (tracing our NGC membership back to their founding in 1986), CAC, the American Numismatic Association (ANA 29 year member), Pacific Northwest Numismatic Association, where I am a former board member, and a number of collector organizations such as TAMS. We are also one of the oldest coin dealer sellers on ebay, tracing our business there back to 1997 (the "Stone Age" as far as ebay goes!). Our business model is to build a long term relationship with our customers, and not go for the one-time "killing". Simply put, we believe in quality and value for the collector dollar, and believe that the buyer is has to be the ultimate judge of whether they are happy with the transaction.  We have long been recognized as one of the most conservative graders in the mail order business, and have maintained this consistency for several decades, even in the face of the current trend towards “gradeflation”. And I am generally happy to take a phone call and talk to a potential buyer about any of our offerings, whether listed here, on on another venue.
